Services

Initial Consultation: A meeting between Social Butterfly and the wedding couple. We will discuss the type of services available through Social Butterfly, offer budgeting guidance, answer questions, and get your planning started in the right direction.

Full-Service Coordination: Coordinate all the details of your wedding including (but not limited to) researching sites for the ceremony and reception, developing a realistic budget and expense   tracker   (to   help   you   stay   within your budget), instructing the bridal party on etiquette and responsibilities, recommending reliable vendors, reviewing contracts, negotiating discounts, acting as a liaison between couple and vendors to ensure that exceptional service will be provided, assisting in planning rehearsal dinner, arranging accommodations for out of town    guests,    newspaper    announcements,   name changes, developing a “wedding plan”   and timeline to ensure smooth flow of events, and making confirmations.

Day-Of-Wedding Coordination: Your   right-hand   on the   day   of   your   wedding, including (but not limited to) attending the rehearsal to direct and supervise the ceremony, distributing and pinning flowers, working out ceremony details with officiate, coordinating ceremonial music, overseeing guest book, arranging receiving line, assisting in distributing final payments to vendors, working with caterer to ensure enough food is being served and those with special needs are being accommodated,   giving   cues to the band and photographer, solving   any   problems that may arise, supporting you and handling any forgotten or emergency details.

Hourly Consultation: Advice on planning your wedding. Help “getting started” or specific areas of interest on your wedding   day   (budgeting   sessions, location of ceremony or reception only, coordination of ceremony or reception only). We can also put together complete wedding timelines and wedding plans so you can follow the details of your big day.
